1. the agreement

Pure Alpha is operated by ZXBT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing or using the service, creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. who may use it

You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and legally permitted to use the service where you live. You are responsible for complying with local law and for keeping access to your email, X account, device, and wallet secure.

3. what the service is

Pure Alpha tracks selected public X accounts and ranks newly followed accounts using timing, convergence, and other signals. Free members receive the boards described in the product; Pro members receive faster windows and other features shown at checkout. We may improve, add, remove, or rebalance features, rankings, sources, limits, and availability.

4. signals are not financial advice

Pure Alpha is an informational and discussion product—not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary, research analyst, or recommendation service. A follow is a signal, not an endorsement. Rankings, public-source data, market context, and AI-generated summaries can be delayed, incomplete, wrong, satirical, manipulated, or misclassified.

Crypto assets are volatile and can lose all value. Verify primary sources, contracts, identities, liquidity, and legal restrictions yourself. You alone decide whether to trade or interact with a project, and you accept the resulting risk.

5. accounts and identity

You may enter by magic link or X. Your forum name is permanent unless we approve a change. Linking X is optional and proves control of that X account at the time of linking. Do not impersonate another person, sell or share account access, evade a restriction, or create accounts to manipulate discussion, votes, referrals, trials, or rankings. Tell us promptly if your account may be compromised.

6. comments and community content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant ZXBT LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote Pure Alpha. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for retained backups, moderation records, legal obligations, and copies others reasonably made while it was public.

You must have the right to post your content. Follow the community rules: no harassment, doxxing, impersonation, spam, illegal content, undisclosed manipulation, access-control evasion, or interference with the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect the room.

7. trials, Pro, and crypto payments

An eligible member may intentionally start one seven-day Pro preview. The preview does not automatically become paid; when it ends, the account returns to Free unless the member separately purchases Pro.

Current price, currency, billing period, and plan terms are displayed before checkout. MoonPay Commerce / Helio processes crypto payments under its own terms and fees. A monthly plan grants access through its paid period; MoonPay may send a renewal link, and the subscription expires if you choose not to renew. We do not custody your wallet or private keys. You are responsible for the correct wallet, network, asset, address, transaction fees, and billing email.

A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase of Pro access for the operating lifetime of the service — for as long as purealpha_ operates. It is not a promise of perpetual operation, not a subscription, and not an investment or revenue share of any kind. The service may change or end as described in sections 10 and 11; if it ends, lifetime access ends with it. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

Blockchain payments are generally final once confirmed. Except where law requires otherwise or we state a different policy at checkout, paid periods are non-refundable. If access does not activate after a confirmed payment, contact zac@zxbt.io with your forum name and transaction ID so we can investigate. Do not send a seed phrase or private key.

8. Style Points and referrals

Style Points are in-product reputation and shop credits. They are not money, a crypto asset, property, an investment, or redeemable for cash. We may adjust or remove grants created by error, abuse, or manipulation. Referral rewards apply only as described in the product, after a qualifying verified payment, and may be changed for future referrals.

9. ownership and third-party services

Pure Alpha’s software, design, branding, rankings, compilations, and original content belong to ZXBT LLC or its licensors. A limited, revocable, non-transferable right lets you use the service for personal or internal business research. You may not scrape restricted data, reproduce the source network, bypass limits, resell access, or use the service to build a competing dataset without written permission.

X, MoonPay, Telegram, project websites, wallets, market-data sources, and other linked services are independent. Their content, security, availability, and actions are not controlled by Pure Alpha.

10. suspension and ending access

You may stop using Pure Alpha at any time. We may suspend or end access, remove content, or preserve evidence when we reasonably believe these Terms or the rules were breached, the service is at risk, law requires it, or the product is discontinued. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as payment records, licenses for retained content, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—continue after access ends.

11. disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Alpha is provided “as is” and “as available.” ZXBT LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZXBT LLC and its members, personnel, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; trading or investment losses; lost profits, data, or opportunities; or damages arising from third-party projects, wallets, protocols, content, or services. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Pure Alpha in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so mandatory rights remain unaffected.

12. law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where required, additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent to zac@zxbt.io.
