1. who runs purealpha_

Pure Alpha is operated by ZXBT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to zac@zxbt.io.

2. what we collect

• account information: your email address, permanent forum name, account timestamps, and—if you connect X—your X user ID, current handle, and proof that you control that account.
• community activity: comments, replies, votes, moderation records, Style Points, watch actions, referrals, and founding or trial status. Comments and forum identity are public; your email is not.
• billing information: billing email, plan, price, currency, subscription or transaction identifiers, payment status, and renewal timestamps. MoonPay Commerce processes the crypto checkout. We do not receive private keys or store full payment credentials.
• usage and device information: page visits, product interactions, browser and device details, approximate location, IP address, referrer, and security logs. Our custom analytics events exclude emails, X handles, referral codes, story IDs, payment references, and raw URLs.
• public-source data: public X profiles, follows, follower counts, bios, posts, avatars, and linked public websites. This is the raw material used to detect and explain signals, including for people who are not Pure Alpha members.
• optional Telegram data: if Telegram linking is available and you choose it, we store the numeric Telegram user and chat IDs needed to connect alerts to your membership.

3. why we use it

We use this information to authenticate members; serve and rank the feed; create summaries from public data; provide comments, votes, referrals, trials, Style Points, and Pro access; reconcile payments; prevent abuse; debug incidents; measure product performance; and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract for account and paid features, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and compliance with legal obligations. Optional technologies may require consent in some locations.

4. services that help us operate

We disclose information only as needed to service providers and data sources that perform work for Pure Alpha: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and email authentication), Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics (measurement), X and TwitterAPI.io (public X data and optional X login), MoonPay Commerce / Helio (crypto checkout), Anthropic (AI summaries of public-source data), AIXBT and Dexscreener (project and market context), and Telegram if you connect it. Legacy Stripe records may remain for historical payment reconciliation.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, in a business transaction, or with your direction. These providers process data under their own terms and may operate in other countries.

5. cookies and browser storage

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and preserve short-lived auth, security, and checkout state. Preference cookies remember feed filters, and a referral cookie attributes an invite. The sign-in cookie lasts up to 90 days; feed preference cookies can last up to one year; the referral cookie lasts up to 90 days; short-lived auth and checkout cookies expire sooner.

Your browser also stores watchlist and muted-account IDs, text size, open-story state, pending join state, and unsent comment drafts. Clearing site data removes those local preferences. Signing out removes the authentication cookie but does not automatically erase local drafts or preferences.

6. analytics and tracking choices

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to measure visits and product interactions. It may receive your IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, and the public page you visit. We do not connect analytics events to your forum name or email, and we do not use analytics for targeted advertising.

Analytics is off until you choose “allow.” You can change that choice at any time with the analytics control in the site footer, or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings. Pure Alpha does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

7. public content

Your forum name, linked X handle, badges, account age, comments, votes, and related community statistics may be visible to other readers. Do not post private information you do not want made public. Deleting a comment hides it from the room, but we may retain the original record for moderation, security, and dispute handling.

8. retention

Account and community data is generally kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service. Security, moderation, billing, tax, referral, founding-member, trial, and Style Point ledgers may be kept longer where needed to preserve accurate records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Public-source intelligence may remain in historical signal records. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information.

9. your choices and rights

You may disconnect Telegram in the product, clear local browser storage, or choose not to connect X. To request access, correction, export, deletion, or an objection or restriction available under your local law, email zac@zxbt.io from the address connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where law, payment reconciliation, security, fraud prevention, or the rights of others require retention.

10. age, security, and changes

Pure Alpha is for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
